Incredi mail

You can provide great support to your customers, by providing Incredimail series which will tell you how to create/configure or delete the email accounts or setup your e-mail signature. Configure a POP email account in Incredimail

• First of all click “Tools” tab then click “Email Accounts”.

• Then click “Add”button. Account wizard dialog box is displayed in which click “Let me configure settings myself” to configure settings yourself and click “next”button.

• Now choose “other” as e-mail account and enter the e-mail address you want to configure and password and click”next”.

• Next to configure our server settings, you see POP3 is selected by default in Incoming mail server, leave as it is and enter name of both servers then click”next”.

• Click ok and your account has created.

• In the next window, with your new account selected click the”properties”button,then click”servers”tab and select the checkbox “my server requires authentication “then click “More settings”, a new window appears in which you have to select checkbox “Use same settings as my incoming mail server “and click ok. Next click”Advanced”tab ,here you can change your server port no. or otherwise click “ok”.

• Click”close”and you see your e-mail account has been added.

Configure a POP email account with SSL in Incredimail

• First of all click “Tools” tab then click “Email Accounts”.

• Then click “Add”button.

• Account wizard dialog box is displayed in which click “Let me configure settings myself” to configure settings yourself and click “next”button.

• Now choose “other” as e-mail account and enter the e-mail address you want to configure and password and click”next”.

• Next to configure our server settings, you see POP3 is selected by default in Incoming mail server, leave as it is and enter name of both servers then click”next”.

• Click ok and your account has created.

• In the next window, with your new account selected click the”properties”button,then click”servers”tab and select the checkbox “my server requires authentication “then click “More settings”, a new window appears in which you have to select checkbox “Use same settings as my incoming mail server “and click ok.

• Next click”Advanced”tab ,and select the checkbox “This server requires a secure connection(SSL)”in both incoming and outgoing mail servers and enter 465 port no. in SMTP and Port no. in POP3 changed to 995 and click ok .

• Click”close”and you see your e-mail account has been added.

Configure an IMAP email account in Incredimail

• First of all click “Tools” tab then click “Email Accounts”.

• Then click “Add”button.

• Account wizard dialog box is displayed in which click “Let me configure settings myself” to configure settings yourself and click “next”button.

• Now choose “other” as e-mail account and enter the e-mail address you want to configure and password and click”next”.

• Next to configure our server settings, select “IMAP”as server type and enter name of both servers then click”next”.

• Click ok and your account has created. Configure an IMAP email account with SSL in Incredimail

• First of all click “Tools” tab then click “Email Accounts”.

• Then click “Add”button.

Configure custom ports in Incredimail

• First of all click “Tools” tab then click “Email Accounts”.

• Now with new account selected, click”properties”button, then click”Advanced”tab and select the checkbox “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)”in both incoming and outgoing mail servers and enter 465 port no. in SMTP and Port no. in IMAP changed to 993 and click ok .

• Click “close and now custom ports are configure in incredimail.

Setup your email signature in Incredimail

• To create signature, first compose an e-mail by clicking the “Write”icon.Then click”Signature”icon,next you can draw or enter your signature in the given boxes and click”Save”button.

• Now enter a name for your signature and click OK.Next in the mail window, compose a message and add your signature by clicking the”Signature”icon,then select your signature from the drop down menu and you see that your signature is added to your e-mail.

Change your email password in Incredimail

• First of all click “Tools” tab then click “Email Accounts” .

• Now with new account selected,click”properties”button,then click”Servers”tab and enter new password in the password box and click ok.

• Click”close”and your password is updated now.

Delete an email account in Incredimail

• First of all click “Tools” tab then click “Email Accounts” .

• Now with new account selected,click”Remove”button.Next click”yes”to confirm the deletion of account.

Remember removing account does not mean deleting the account from your hosting account.
