To Provide Great Support to your customers, Dream mail series will provide you the tutorials which will help your customers to create IMAP, POP e-mail account with and without SSL etc. So, today we will go to learn the tutorials which will be very beneficial for all of us. You need to install dream mail and open it to go further:  Configuring a POP email account in Dream Mail

• To configure the POP mail account in dream mail,

• first of all click on the”Tools”menu,then click on “Account management”. Account management dialog box is displayed,

• click”New”,New account dialog box is displayed in which you have to enter your name-mail address and its password in the given boxes and leave both the given checkboxes selected and

• click on “Next” to continue.

• Then type your name displayed as the sender name in your sent emails in the given box and

• click”Next’.Now enter your full e-mail address as your username and

• click”Next”.Note here the mail server is domain.tld but for c panel servers,mail.domain.tld is used, so we have to change them.

• Now in the next step select “mail.mybiz123.info”from the drop down menu of Receive mail server and send server(SMTP) box and

• leave the checkbox”SMTP server need AUTHENTICATION(ESMTP)selected

• if your server need SMTP server authentication, otherwise deselect it, but here we keep as selected.

• Click on “Next”button.In the next dialog box, leave the selected checkbox” Keep backup mail on server” and

• click on “Next’button.Its finished but to confirm,

• click on “Test account “to see the info you entered and last

• click on “Finish “button to end up the process.

Configuring a POP email account with SSL in Dream Mail To configure the POP mail account with SSL in dream mail, first of all click on the”Tools”menu,then click on “Account management”. Account management dialog box is displayed,click”New”,New account dialog box is displayed in which you have to enter your name-mail address and its password in the given boxes and leave both the given checkboxes selected and click on “Next” to continue. Then type your name displayed as the sender name in your sent emails in the given box and click”Next’.Now enter your full e-mail address as your username and click”Next”.Note here the mail server is domain.tld but for c panel servers,mail.domain.tld is used, so we have to change them. Click on “Next”button.In the next dialog box, select the checkbox” Require a secure connection (SSL)” for both incoming and outgoing servers and you will see that Port no. for incoming server changed to 995,but for outgoing server you have to enter 465 as port no. then click on “Next ‘button. In the next dialog box, leave the selected checkbox” Keep backup mail on server” and click on “Next ‘button. It’s finished but to confirm, click on “Test account “to see the info you entered and last click on “Finish “button to end up the process. Configuring custom ports in Dream Mail To configure custom ports, first of all click on the”Tools”menu,then click on “Account management”. Account management dialog box is displayed, select the account which you want to edit and click “Properties”. Properties dialog box is displayed,click”Server”button and change the POP3 port to 995 and SMTP port to 465 and click on “OK”to end up the process.  How to setup your email signature in Dream Mail? First of all click on the”Tools”menu, then click on “Signature managemet”, then click on “New “button to create a new signature. Now enter a name for your signature and click”OK”.Your signature is created, now in the signature editing area write them in the given space and click on “Save ‘button to save the signature. How to change your email password in Dream Mail? First of all click on the”Tools”menu, and then click on “Account management”. Account management dialog box is displayed, select the account which you want to edit and click “Properties”. Properties dialog box is displayed enter the new password in the password box and click on “ok’button to finish. How to delete an email account in Dream Mail? First of all click on the”Tools”menu, and then click on “Account management”. Account management dialog box is displayed, select the account which you want to remove or delete and click”Delete”.Pop up box is displayed, asking for confirmation,click’Yes’ and your e-mail account is deleted. Configuring an IMAP email account in Dream Mail with and without SSL Dream mail does not support IMAP mail accounts with and without SSL, so no tutorial is given for the same.
